Multi-Brand Creative Direction

THE IDEA

4 brands, 1 creative.

As the sole creative lead for the Jiao Florencio Dental Group in the Bay Area, I’ve handled full branding, digital presence, website development, digital marketing, social media, promotions, and marketing across four affiliated practices, serving as the only person responsible for ideating and executing all creative materials for the entire group.

Group Context

The group is led by Dr. Sergio Florencio Jr., a prosthodontics and dental implantology specialist who earned his Doctorate in Medical Sciences at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Dr. Jane Jiao, a board-certified periodontist who also completed specialty training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine after earning her DDS at UCLA. Together, the doctors bring more than 20 years of combined dentistry experience, anchoring a four-clinic network across the Bay Area: Walnut Creek Prosthodontics and Dental Implants, Moraga Dentistry, Walnut Creek Periodontics, and Lighthouse Dentistry in Vallejo.

My Role

I operate as the single point of creative ownership across all four practices, managing brand consistency, ongoing digital maintenance, and every piece of marketing output: from website architecture and content to social media, promotions, and campaign ideation. This structure requires maintaining a unified visual identity for the parent group while allowing each practice (general dentistry, prosthodontics and periodontics) to retain its own distinct positioning for its specific patient base and service line.
